Erosion Control Funding Programme

The Ministry of Primary Industries provides funding through ECFP to Gisborne district landholders and community groups to help reduce wide-sale erosion problems in the Gisborne district. More information on the ECFP is here.

As of November 2018, the fund has almost been fully committed. However, funding applications that would previously have sought ECFP land treatments funding can consider applying for funding under the One Billion Trees Programme.
